UIC SPH Travel Award – Application
For student travel expenses, the SPH Deans Office maintains a Student Travel Support
fund. This fund provides limited support to assist students who are presenting papers at
professional conferences. Due to limited funding students may only receive travel
support from this fund once per academic year. In order to apply for funding, please
provide the following information along with a copy of the accepted abstract. Completed
applications should be submitted to: John T Slavick, Assistant Director for Student
Services, jslavi1@uic.edu, room 190A SPHPI building.
