Community Health Analyst
Liaison between medical center and two independent, community-based primary care centers
funded by the hospital. Planned and implemented the successful merger of two community health
clinics affiliated with separate academic medical centers. Feasibility study included community
needs assessment, survey of existing health centers and projections for future health service
demand. Implementation included determining staffing model, service complement,
governance model, operational procedures, budget and funding.
