FORMER HUMPHREY BOOTH CHARITY BUILDING, BROUGHTON (Previous Minute 26 - 13th July, 2011) Richard Wynne provided an update with regard to the former Humphrey Booth Charity Building and its transfer to the Broughton Trust. He promised to provide further details on this transfer to the Lead Member. 33. SALFORD SKILL CENTRE, LIVERPOOL STREET (Previous Minute 27 - 13th July, 2011) Councillor David Lancaster asked to be provided with the full costs of the repairs to the Salford School Centre which were required following its vacation by the previous tenant. 34. EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC RESOLVED: THAT under section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items as detailed in Minute 35 below, on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as specified in paragraph 3 of schedule 12A to the Act. 35.
