PROGRAMME FOR FUTURE COMMUNITY COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Suggestions for presentations at future Community Committee are put forward frequently.
There have been recent external requests concerning two meetings.

For several years, the December meeting has focussed on crime and disorder. If this is
done again this year, we have had a request from the Community Safety Unit to include
their Respect Road Show and one from the Magistrates’ Court to include a report on the
city-wide roll-out of the Community Justice Initiative.

The Neighbourhood Plan Advisory Group supported a suggestion for a special meeting
of Community Committee in week commencing 21st January 2008 as part of the
consultation on the Claremont / Weaste Neighbourhood Plan.
Committee’s view is sought.
