PARTICIPATORY BUDGETING (PB)
It is probably the time to start planning for next year’s PB event. Last year, it was very
useful to have the PB planning group.
Committee is asked to nominate people to become members of a PB planning group.
The group will plan the event and can look at e.g.,



Any improvements which might be made in response to feedback about last year’s
event;
Opportunities to extend PB to other budgets (perhaps the URC budgets);
Ways to attract a broader cross section of local residents to the event
