Purpose
Purpose:
Responsibility and accountability for developing and implementing learning
initiatives and programs in the following areas; diversity/inclusion, career
development, leadership development, professional development, and performance
management. Work as needed in all functional areas in the Human Resources
portfolio.
Essential Functions
Function 1:
Will work closely with the VP and AVP on strategic initiatives and special projects.
Responsible for the developing and implementing learning initiatives and programs
in the following areas; diversity/inclusion, career development, leadership
development, and professional development. Also responsible for performance
management with the goal to further the performance and effectiveness of
employees and to create a continual learning environment.
50 % Time
Function 2:
Will hire, train, and develop training specialists.
20 % Time
Function 3:
Will partner with members of the Human Resources team to develop and provide
consulting and coaching service in the areas of conflict resolution, leader
effectiveness, team effectiveness, and will also work on special projects. Other
duties as assigned in the Human Resources portfolio.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years total experience in a related
field, including at least three (3) years in an organizational development/talent
management position, and three (3) years in training/facilitation. Demonstrated
ability to think strategically, to have served as a facilitator of change and to work
effectively with all levels of an organization required. Ability to work effectively with
diverse populations essential. Applicants must include in their online resume the
