"There were always 12 or 13 messages from coaches wanting to talk to us."Bailey, the 2000-01 Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Year, was recruited by the country's leading D-II powers, but he opted to pick the best situation for him and Washington — the old packaged deal.
