Meaning of Career Growth –
Career Growth is not just getting promoted. It may include growing in skills for one’s current job, other
jobs within an individual’s department or gaining skills to make one a potential candidate in another
area of the college. Our intent will be that each individual employee will contribute value help Valencia
achieve its’ goals.
