It’s not so easy to keep track of how much you are spending, when the payment is due, and what extra fees you are paying. One mistake can lead to a lower credit score and other complications. If you haven’t started saving for your Spring Break trip you may want to start! The more you have saved, the less you will stress about how much you are spending. 2. Make a list of the things you plan to do while on Spring Break. That way you will have an idea of how much money it will take and how much you should save each week. FINANCIAL AID AUTHORIZATION Federal financial aid cannot pay miscellaneous charges (such as orientation and late fees) unless you authorize it to do so. If you have charges and do not authorize the aid, you must to pay the fees yourself. Your account will be placed on hold until they are paid. Your refund will also be delayed. Follow these steps to complete the authorization: 1. Log into myWings, student tab 2. Select “Student Self Service” 3. Select “Online Forms” 4. Look for vacation packages that include activities in the price of the package. You could get some good discounts on activities and get to do more things that you enjoy without shelling out extra money! 4. Stick to your budget. It may be tempting to go out to breakfast, lunch, and dinner while on vacations, but if you only budgeted for dinners out – then have breakfast and lunch in your room instead.
