Interim Privacy Statement for CCSF Website
The City College of San Francisco is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of
your personally identifiable information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of
state and federal law.
The college periodically collects data about traffic to our Website. However, we do not
individually identify users. Instead, we collect anonymous data and aggregate the
information to determine trends and improve our website. For a period of six months,
February 1 through July 31, 2009, the college is evaluating Google Analytics Software
for such a purpose. This software looks at your navigation within the City College
website in order to help us design the best web page possible. It will not track any
navigation outside of the CCSF website.
In the case of users who do not want any analytics allowed, the link [ Block Google
Analytics ] will give you directions on how to turn off this feature.
