Purpose
People credited with this unit standard are able to: demonstrate
knowledge of tests carried out on finished or partly processed
yarn; comply with company and statutory health, safety, and

processed yarn; and analyse and report on test results.

Unsafe and unhealthy conditions are identified and reported in accordance with
workplace procedures and statutory requirements.
