Range includes – incident reports, hazard identification, PPE check sheet, work orders; may include but is not limited to – vendor information, forms, standard operating procedures, MSDS, topographical maps, alignment sheets, purchase orders, work permits, plant release, maintenance checklist. Performance criteria 1.1 Documentation is located and interpreted in accordance with site requirements and company procedures. 1.2 Documentation is explained in terms of its purpose. Element 2 Complete documentation for a gas industry organisation. Performance criteria 2.1 Documentation is completed in accordance with company procedures. Performance criteria 3.1 Information is logged and/or reported in accordance with its function and company procedures.
