1 Definitions
Layby sale refers to the contract between a seller and buyer whereby the seller holds the goods until the total (or a specified proportion of the total) price is paid, the price is paid in instalments, and the price of the goods is $7,500 or less.
Agreed indicates a course of action that is accepted between two or more people
(including the candidate) and which follows organisational procedures.
Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace.

Documentation relating to storage of layby goods is accurate and complete, and filed.
