Evidence requirements 2.1 The description includes the legal requirements that apply to certification. 2.2 The description includes the rules associated with accessing the E-cert system. 2.3 The description includes an outline of the terms associated with E-cert. 2.4 The description includes an outline of the record keeping process in accordance with organisational and legal requirements. Outcome 3 Complete E-cert documentation. Evidence requirements 3.1 Data is entered accurately and submitted in accordance with organisational and legal requirements. 3.2 Information to support product eligibility is confirmed, and records are kept in accordance with organisational and legal requirements. 3.3 Consignor inspector requests, in relation to E-cert documents, are responded to in an accurate and timely manner. 3.4 Approval is obtained for a submitted E-cert. 3.5 This unit standard is Record keeping is maintained in accordance with organisational and legal expiring requirements.
