Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Observe and monitor a building project. Evidence requirements 1.1 Personnel are identified in terms of their responsibilities. 1.2 The construction programme is confirmed as agreed by those taking responsibility. 1.3 Site procedures and documentation are checked for conformity with legislation requirements. 1.4 Construction progress is monitored against the construction programme in terms of time and budget. Outcome 2 Observe construction to check compliance with contract documents.
