A wordlist and/or Vagahau Niue-English dictionary may be used. 3 Endorsement of village language variation may be conducted by pulotu, village or community appointed experts. 4 Responses are to be in written English. Achievement of the evidence requirements allows for minor errors in summarising and English expression.
