snowsport equipment; maintain basic snowsport equipment;

In the context of this unit standard, snowsport
equipment refers to either skis or snowboards, plus the
appropriate boots and bindings.

Operate workshop tools.
performance criteria
3.1
Workshop tools are operated according to manufacturers' specifications and to
operating instructions.
3.2
Safety equipment is used while working with workshop tools according to the
requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
3.3
Gases, flammable liquids, and chemicals are stored and used according to safe
workplace practices as required under the Health and Safety in Employment Act
1992.
