INVITATION

Dear Sir /Madam,
TACSO Office in Kosovo is mandated to provide technical assistance and capacity building for all
CSOs that are implementing EU funded projects in Kosovo. In this regard, in close coordination
with European Commission Office in Kosovo we are organizing training on "Financial
management and Visibility of the EU funded projects” to assist you in management and
successful implementation of your projects.
We invite two (2) project staff of your organization namely the project manager and financial
manager of the EU funded project to attend this training which will be held during the days of 2325 May 2014, at Hotel Trofta- Istog. We would kindly ask you to invite participants from your
partner organization to attend this training. Enclosed to this invitation, please find the
programme of this training.
Expenditures of the training, for all participants including accommodation (overnight staying) and
traveling within Kosovo, from and to the training location will be covered by TACSO project. You
are responsible to organize your travel individually and you will be reimbursed according to the
project rules. Language of the training is Albanian and translation in Serbian language will be
provided.
To participate in this training please confirm your participation through providing the names and
positions of the participants via email info.ko@tacso.org the latest by the 21st of May 2014. When
confirming your participation please indicate clearly name and position of participants including
those from your partner organization.
The general objective of the project Technical Assistance for Civil Society Organizations (TACSO) is
to strengthen the civil society within a participative democracy, to stimulate a civil society-friendly
environment and culture, as well as to strengthen the overall capacities and accountability of Civil
Society Organisations (CSO) within IPA beneficiaries (Western Balkans and Turkey), to guarantee
the quality of service of CSOs and a sustainable role of the CSOs in the democratic process.
