Current Projects a.
Vangstad i.
Basement flooded the other night due the rain- still looking into a way to repair
this issue ii.
Updated the budget and Ron will be meeting with the contractor to figure out
how we can finish the project. iii.
Found more asbestos to remove. b.
Student Center Upper Lounge i.
Pat talked to the architect yesterday to finalize some of the project details.
Should be sending out plans today to get it out to bid next week. c.
Flood Wall i.
Today they will be starting to install the storm sewer pipe going east of the pump station. Hoping for good weather so Strata can dig the storm sewer going
west. The footings a walls will go east first and then west. (90’ per pour) ii.
Still need to move the dedication tree- needs to be done this week. Will be going
in at the Library Mall. d.
Climate Control Upgrade i.
No updates. e.
McCoy/Snoey Basketball Court i.
Will need to bids on the asphalt- would like to complete next month.

Hill slide Waterfall i.

McFarland 1 st floor Water-proofing i.
Received 2 bids- will need to figure out a timeline.

Wick has the lowest bid. i.
President’s House Retaining Wall i.
Ron has received two bids and we will be going with the lowest bid. Will repair
75 feet.

Wick/Bradco will be doing the project. j.
Field House Addition i.
Plans were sent to Ron this morning. Bids will go out next week (21 day bid). ii.
They will need to relocate some coaches for accreditation. k.
Graichen Gym Floor i.
Lettered and striped the floor yesterday. Will be in tonight and Monday to put
the rest of the sealer on it. l.
Wellness Center i.
All the black dirt is stripped off and they are ready to dig for the foundation. ii.
Had to locate our fiber yesterday and mark it since it will be exposed for the rest
of the project.

Heat Plant i.
Still working on buyouts. n.
Circle Hall i.
Will be here mid-July to put up the awning. o.
Comm. Arts- 4 th floor McFarland i.
This project is DONE and will be moved from the agenda. p.
SEGS Office Remodel i.
Sheetrock is up in the new offices and skim-coating is done. ii.
Ceilings are up in 3 of the offices. iii.
NOVA will still need to come to rework the sprinkler lines. q.
Housing i.
Mythaler & President’s House Sewer Line

Still working on a timeline. ii.
Guest suites in McCoy & Robertson

Will need to be completed by the end of the summer. Have all materials- just need to get the work done. iii.
Robertson/Mythaler Fire Alarm Upgrade

Bid opening was Monday. Will be going with Enterprise Electric- still
$2200 over budget. Ron will be meeting with Stephanie to discuss options to get both projects complete.

Also working with Simplex to see if there are any breaks they can give us to keep us on budget.
