Call to order by President Jean Peters at 3 p.m.
Report on the past year by Peters. Report on future plans by President-elect Bill
Brennan.
Introduction of Charlotte Headrick, director of the University Theatre, by David Eiseman.
Presentation of two songs from “Three Penny Opera” by two OSU students.
OSU President Ed Ray presents a talk on the state of the university and answers
questions.

Treasurer’s report by Bill Wilkins:
Funds available from Provost’s Account--$3,864
Funds available from membership--$1,909.27
Kathy Heath, Volunteer Coordinator presented Certificates of Appreciation to
Outstanding Volunteers, Glenn Klein, Jo Anne Trow & Dale Weber.
Les Dunnington presented a slate of four names to be board members: Bill Brennan and
Gale Hazel for additional three years terms; Glenn Klein and Ken Krane for three year
terms. All were elected by voice vote.
Marilyn Sarff presided over the drawing of tickets for door prizes.
Approximately 60 people attended the annual meeting.
Annual meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
