Methods of financing properties will be emphasized. This course applies toward the state educational requirements for the salesperson/agent and broker’s examination. Not repeatable. COURSE OBJECTIVE At the completion of the course the student will be able to: Demonstrate and employ his/her knowledge and skill in the financing of real estate. Utilize the course to satisfy Department of Real Estate licensing requirements.
