The Coordinator functions under general supervision by the Specialist and is expected to exercise
discretion and judgment when making decisions associated with daily operations of the programs. In

promotion and marketing of program. The Specialist is consulted on best uses of grant funding and
strict compliance to funding requirements as well as project implementation changes and issues.

The program output of the Coordinator is very visible to the public and therefore has a direct impact
on the perception and reputation of the program and the University. The satisfaction of organizational
