DATE BY WHICH GRADES ARE TO BE RECEIVED
Grades are due in the Registrar's Office by 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday following the last day of the term as
published in the annual Bulletin.
In the spring semester, notice must be given to the Registrar's Office by the Monday following the last
scheduled class meeting of any graduating student who will not be receiving a passing grade (will be
receiving a U or an I). This is necessary so that the student can be informed that they will not be
graduating or permitted to participate in the graduation convocation.
