KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
The Knights of Columbus are hosting

Valentine Dinner / Dance to be
held @ Century Gardens on
February 12th, 2011. Tickets are
$40.00 per person.
The Knights of Columbus are requesting
donations or gifts of any kind, to be used as
prizes. Please drop these at St. Anne’s church.
Tickets will be sold @ the office and at all
the weekend masses, prior to the dance.

LAY PASTORAL VISITORS TRAINING

at St. John Fisher Parish, Brampton
Office of Formation for Discipleship will be offering
the Lay Pastoral Visitors Training in February,
2011. This training is designed to prepare lay
persons to become Lay Pastoral Visitors in the
ministry of spiritual and religious care of shut-ins
and the sick of our parish communities.
Registration fee is $20.00. For further information

CATHOLIC WOMEN’S LEAGUE (C.W.L.)
The C.W.L. will be holding their
annual Women's Retreat here at
St. Anne's on Saturday, Jan. 29th.
The topic of the retreat, facilitated
by Father Ron Mahon, will
be "Women Helping Women". The day will begin
with 9:15 am Mass and continue through until late
afternoon. Tickets will be on sale after all Masses
this weekend at a cost of $15.

WEEK OF PRAYER FOR CHRISTIAN UNITY
The EDGE is designed to meet the
catechetical, educational, spiritual,
emotional and social needs of young adolescents
in grades 6, 7 and 8. Please see their board in the

In celebration of the Week of Prayer for Christian
Unity, the Most Reverend Colin Johnson of the
Anglican Communion will host an ecumenical
prayer service. Religious leaders from across the
city have been invited to attend. The Most
Reverend Bishop William McGrattan of the Roman
Catholic Archdiocese of Toronto will preach the
homily on Sunday, January 23rd at 4:30pm at St.
James
Anglican
Cathedral
(King St. and Church St.).

HOMELESS SHELTER MEETING
On Tuesday, Jan. 25th at 7:30 pm, there will be a
Homeless Shelter meeting for all the volunteers in
this Ministry. It will take place in the Fraser room.
MONTREAL AND QUEBEC PILGRIMAGE
Fr. Damian is planning a Pilgrimage to Montreal
and Quebec from July 3-8, 2011. If you are
interested in going on this pilgrimage, please pick
up a flyer from the church and come to a meeting
on Sunday, February 6th at 7 p.m.
