As we prepare for the full implementation of the new Missal, you will notice that there are many changes in the words that the priest‐celebrant uses at Mass. There are also a few changes to the words that the congregation will use when they respond. Beginning next weekend, September 24 and 25, parishes across the Archdiocese of Toronto will begin to use some sung elements of the new translation (Lord have Mercy, Glory to God, Holy Holy, Lamb of God etc.) Life Chain is a prayerful, peaceful, powerful witness to the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception. Please join us on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 2 pm to 3 pm as we stand together on Main Street from Gage Park to Shoppers World for the most vulnerable members of our society. You are also invited to begin the afternoon with an outdoor Prayer Vigil at St. Mary’s Church (across from Gage Park) preceding Life Chain at 1:30 pm. It will take some time to get used to these changes – please take advantage of the resources in this bulletin to learn about the changes over the next few months.
