That distribution of the Board agendas and minutes be made in accordance with a list of persons and organizations, compiled and maintained by the Board & Committee Information Officer. That Board agendas and approved minutes be posted on the Board website, in a timely manner. As per Education Act, Section 207(4): Inspection of books and accounts – Any person may, at all reasonable hours, at head office of the board, inspect the minute book, the audited annual financial report and current accounts of a board, and, upon the written request of any person and upon the pay to the board at the rate of 25 cents for every 100 words or at such lower rate as the board fix, the secretary shall furnish copies of them or extracts therefrom certified under the secretary’s hand.
