



The response cites less than the required relevant, correct, specific, and
appropriate details or examples from the text.
The response exhibits strong and mostly accurate comprehension of the text.
LEVEL 1 – 1 point



In response to this item, the student demonstrates incomplete knowledge and
understanding of the task.
The response cites less than the required, sufficient or appropriate details, and
has errors that have a major effect on the accuracy of the task.
The response is vague and shows very little understanding of the task.
