INTERNAL BOARD POLICIES
Members
Code of Conduct
Members of the board of school directors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner
which fosters the goals of the North Penn School District:
• By demonstrating, through conduct and speech, a philosophy of mutual respect and civility
towards community representatives, groups, and district employees.
• By working to create an educational environment that includes the development of respect
for all individuals.
• By adhering to the Pennsylvania School Code.
• By adhering to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the North Penn
School District.
• By remembering at all times that the prime responsibility of the board and the
administration is to educate the children of the school district.
