Code of Conduct
All employees of the district are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which fosters the
goals of the district:
•
by demonstrating, through conduct and speech, a philosophy of mutual respect and civility
towards students, employees, and members of the community;
•
by working to create an educational environment that fosters respect for all individuals;
•
by adhering to all laws, policies, and regulations applicable to the district, including the
Pennsylvania School Code and all pertinent laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and the Federal Government;
•
by remembering at all times that the prime responsibility of all employees is to educate, or
assist in the education, of the children of the district.
