Dear Resident:
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services continues
to work on the Chandworth Storm Drainage Improvement
Project. Dewberry staff is preparing drainage easement
plats for City staff to review. A storm drainage easement
is a legal document which allows for both access during
construction and future maintenance. Once complete, we
plan to hold a public meeting to kick off the real estate
phase.
