Lilly Mill storm drainage improvement project Dear Resident, July 11, 2014 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services held its first public meeting for the Lilly Mill Storm Drainage Improvement Project on June 12, 2014 at St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the real estate phase and describe the easement process. Meeting highlights: • Project Manager Jackie Bray introduced the project team, gave a brief overview of the different phases and described the Lilly Mill channel improvements including widening the channel, stabilization and existing conditions. • Greg VanHoose, engineering consultant with Dewberry, discussed the real estate phase and the easement packets homeowners will be receiving.
