Sunnyvale storm drainage improvement project Dear Resident, June 4, 2013 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services held its second public meeting on May 8 at St. Sarkis Armenian Apostolic Church for the Sunnyvale Storm Drainage Improvement Project. The goal of this project is to reduce flooding of streets and structures, as well as reduce erosion along the stream and channel. The meeting presented general project information on Capital Improvement Projects and discussed existing storm water issues within the project area.
