Question 2
2.1 Since a mobile device is easy to sell in the black market , tracing the stolen
cellphone would not guarantee the identification of a suspect because a third party can
be utilized to sell a mobile device which protects the identity of the actual culprit/thief .
in this case the enforcement of a policy namely the employment contract will yield
reliable results hence the number of suspects have been narrowed down.
2.2.1 Fingerprint expert – the drawer in which the mobile device was placed can be
examined for imprints such as fingerprints and palm prints in order to identify a possible
suspect.
2.2.2 Witnesses – in order to obtain more information about the alleged theft, possible
witnesses can be interviewed and the testimonies can be used as evidence during an
inquiry
