Samantha Craig Samantha Craig serves as a Regulatory Analyst in the government affairs department of QUALCOMM International. Ms. Craig supports QUALCOMM in developing its international trade and regulatory policy agenda, with a focus on Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. She also oversees QUALCOMM’s developing country agenda and represents our company at the ITU-D. In this capacity, Miss Craig currently serves as the Rapporteur of the ITU-D Study Question 20-1/2 which is examining broadband access technologies for developing countries. Ms Craig received her Master’s Degree from the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies at the University of California San Diego with a concentration in international management and the Latin American political system. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in Global and International Studies with a regional specialization in South East Asia.
