MIGWALLA Senior Director, QUALCOMM Government Affairs Elizabeth Migwalla serves as QUALCOMM’s Senior Director of Government Affairs, for Sub-Sahara Africa. Mrs. Migwalla joined QUALCOMM recently, from The Boeing Company, where she served as Director of International Regulatory Affairs – Africa for Connexion by Boeing (CBB). There her functions included supporting the development of CBB’s international regulatory strategy and leading the development and execution of country and regional regulatory strategies. Prior to Boeing, Elizabeth had primary responsibility to obtain and maintain all relevant licenses and regulatory approvals for ICO Global Mobile Personal Communications by Satellite services in all sub-Sahara African Countries. Earlier in her career Mrs. Migwalla worked for Kenya Posts and Telecommunications Corporation where she held various positions including the Head of International Telecommunications Services, Head of Planning and Engineering Group among others. Mrs. Migwalla has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honors) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Nairobi. She also has a MBA from the Bond University School of Business, Australia.
