Report on Industrial Injuries/Illnesses

Since May 2, 2014, there have been six (6) industrial accidents to report – five classified employees and one student intern.

Injury:

Blood splashed into eye (Nursing Student)

Chipped Tooth (FP&PO) – no lost time reported

Laceration to finger (FP&PO) – no lost time reported

Sprain left ankle/foot (FP&PO) –lost time reported

Chemical splash in right eye (FP&PO) – no lost time reported

Illness:

Allergic reaction to new carpet/paint in Bldg. 100 (CESS) – lost time reported
