A Bill to amend Article XII, Section 2, Subsection A of the Senate Bylaws
Whereas:
Due to budget cuts, “shall” should be changed to “may.”
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED BY THE 72nd CONGRESS OF THE
STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION OF MTSU THAT:
Section 1: Article XII, Section 2, Subsection A read, “The Student Government
Association may send representatives from the Middle Tennessee State University
student body to participate each year in TISL. Participants will be selected using the
following criteria.”
Section 2: Criteria 1-4 will remain the same.
