The networks are self steering and led by member practitioners and a member of the SENJIT team. The groups meet on a termly basis (3 sessions a year). SENJIT offers: Additional Bespoke Consultancy includes: Research Support: SENJIT can offer advice, structure, guidance on research design and evaluation of in-school practitioner research projects. Bespoke research-infused Professional Learning Network meetings for school federations, on topics ranging from Supporting Literacy to Managing Schoolbased Research. Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants (MITA) school development project Promoting the Achievement of Looked After Children (PALAC) school development project SENJIT is currently engaged with a DfE funded project: SEND in Initial Teacher Training (ITT) project. We offer consultancy and training on SEND for SCITT. SENJIT currently runs a number of Accredited Outreach National Award Postgraduate Certificates for SENCOs. This model could be utilised to offer SENJIT-Teaching School Partnership Courses.
