BT Advise Services provide a trusted advisory role, offering business consultancy from executive advisory services at C-level, to mid and entry-level engagements. BT Advise Services cover all areas of professional services including governance and strategy, planning & design, implementation, business transformation, integration and operational services. The scope of the services includes the all aspects of Cloud-based technologies and their context within the organisation, while the services are general in nature and not limited to specific technologies. Customer requirements are discussed in detail to provide a bespoke proposal for any of the services.

BT Governance, Strategy & Planning

The BT Governance, Strategy & Planning service assesses an organization’s current level of IT governance maturity and develops an action plan to affect substantial, measurable improvements by bringing together key stakeholders to understand the issues of IT governance and make improvements (including CMMI, PMO, AMS).

BT Horizons

BT Horizons is a consultative approach that aligns technology with business value, goals and strategy. During these quick projects, the team works with key client stakeholders to build consensus and align stakeholder interests; deliver insight and experience to make technology effective, and drive training and adoption to deliver next practices. There are three types of Horizons engagements: 1) Rapid: Delivers a quick high-level review of trends and opportunities in a specific business/ technology domain. Typically 2-4 days duration. 2) Targeted: Defines domain and technology-focused solutions and/or technology-enabled business solutions. Typically 2-4 weeks duration. 3) Strategic: Addresses complex multi-domain and business transformation issues involving multiple stakeholders and challenges. Typically 4+ weeks duration.

For customers with business issues related to their IT environments we offer the ability for our skilled business consultants to construct and execute bespoke assignments. These assignments are designed with the customer to address specific requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

BT Sector Advice

For customers operating in industry sectors that often require tailored advice and end state solutions we are able to deploy business consultants with proven experience within those sectors.

We are able to use standard consulting methodologies customised to sector requirements or design completely bespoke engagements designed to address very specific IT related business issues.

BT Sustainability Consultancy

The consultancy is focused around Cost reduction, Efficiency and Image (ICE model). This model is built around IT audit, CIA and in the future with CMP audit in order to get the complete landscape of the customer, so that this can be a start to help to build a 3yr roadmap around Cloud services, but also including UCC, voice, telepresence, etc. as required.
