Departmental SiP Submitter or Head of Department - has: Timeliness All documents to be sent to the School Finance Team, Employee and the Head of Department within 10 days of the day following receipt of all dependencies Employment Contract Officer ECA Quality Correct letter and form templates, checked and then signed by ECO/ECS a letter informing them of the; regrading and effective date sent an accurate and correctly authorised Regrading Request Form (where PHD has not been awarded); or Submitted via SiP a regrading due to the award of PHD; and Provided documentary proof of the PHD award 2.
