application for an employee that has been submitted,:
Regrading letter to employee

Verify the request conforms with the Annual
review, or Ad hoc Request procedure
If the post is grant funded, send to the respective
Finance team:

Notification of a post that has been regraded
Provide the HR Payroll team with:

A Payroll Action Form detailing; changes to
grade, effective date
Provide the Employee with (copied to the Head of
Department):

