Provide the Schools Finance team, where the post is grant funded only, notification of a post that has been regraded, and cessation of any allowances in lieu of this Responsibility All documents to be sent to the School Finance Team and the Head of Department within 10 days of the day following receipt of all dependencies Any notification received from HRCA, to be processed on payroll and the HR systems in accordance with the published Payroll Deadlines http://www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/d ocs/payroll_deadline.php Employment Contract Officer ECA Dependencies 1.
