WebEx Click on Meeting Center on the top navigation bar. Click on Schedule a Meeting on the left navigation bar. The Schedule a Meeting page will open. In the Meeting Topic field enter the name of the class or course. A password is optional. Enter the Date, Time and Duration of the meeting. Check Send a copy of the invitation email to me. This will generate an invitation email in Outlook that you will forward on to the attendees. Click the Schedule Meeting button.
