Joining a WebEx meeting


You will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the WebEx, the time, and the
password.
In order to hear the audio, you will need to call the toll free number listed in the email and know
the meeting number (also listed in the email). Do not use hyphens or spaces when entering the
meeting number.
Below is the type of information you would receive in your email invitation:
People invited to
meeting.
Date and time of
meeting.
Meeting Number and
password (if meeting
requires one)
URL to open meeting.
Enter your first name
and your email address.
Enter the password
included in your email.
Join and follow
instructions for dialing in.

Please log into your meeting 10 minutes before the start time to allow for the install of any WebEx
software that may be needed.
You may be asked about a Free Trial for software, wait a minute and it will disappear.
You may enter your
phone number and the
meeting will call you OR
use arrow to change the
Use Phone option to I will
call in. If you call in,
please use the toll-free
number.
