Gallery Clean-up Schedule and Agreement
All exhibitors must agree to adhere to the following clean-up schedule:
1. The exhibition space must be clean (reception set up, food, waste, etc.) and
restored to order before leaving the gallery on the night of the reception.
2. The office kitchen area must be clean and restored to order by 11:00 am on
the morning after the reception.
3. All work must be removed from the gallery by 1:00 PM Saturday.
4. The walls must be restored and the gallery space ready for the next
exhibitor by 1:30 pm Saturday.
5. Failure to comply with any of the terms of this agreement may result in the
withholding of exhibition expense reimbursement or, in the case of group shows
possible suspension of exhibition privileges for the following term.
6. Exhibition costs eligible for reimbursement is restricted to materials directly
related to the mounting and promotion of the exhibition and does not include
alcoholic beverages for the reception.
7. In the case of group shows, two participants (students and / or instructor) must
sign this agreement on behalf of the entire group.
