MANAGEMENT
“Effective leadership is
not about making
speeches or being liked;
leadership is defined by
results not attributes.”
Peter F. Drucker
American Management guru
“However good our
future research may be,
we shall never be able to
escape from the ultimate
dilemma that all our
knowledge is about the
past, and all our
decisions are about the
future.”
Ian Wilson
Strategy Consultant
“I believe the real
difference between
success and failure in a
corporation can be very
often traced to the
question of how well the
organization brings out
the great energies and
talents of its people.”
