Prerequisite Skills: None Expected Outcomes for the Students: Upon completion of the course the student will be able to: 1. demonstrate advanced skills of cross country; 2. demonstrate increase level of physical conditioning from beginning of semester in a progressive sequence; 3. compete cross country running at an advanced level; 4. compete with fellow students in intercollegiate cross country; 5. demonstrate the roles of leadership, team play, sportsmanship and other social values related to team competition.
