Curriculum:
-under review for accreditation site visit Fall 2014.
Instruction:
-courses added in Electronic charting.
Student Success:
-had lowest rate ever last year, evaluating causes for this, @50%...usually take above
requirements in first semester to ensure high matriculation number.
Initiatives:
-none
Human Resources:
-FULL TIME tenure track position of Medical Assisting Director MUST be hired for
next year…letter of retirement received from current Director. Accreditation requires a
full-time Director as faculty of the College…MANDATED position.
-2401 hours for Lab hours would be helpful for program…does not require full time hire.
Fiscal Resources:
-rollover Perkins funding is adequate.
Physical Resources:
-none needed
Technical Resources:
-no new needs
Outreach & Articulation:
-course fills without much outreach, although this could diminish as enrollments drop.
