on striking an unattended vehicle, which occurred in the C3 parking lot. See state

A Texas Tech Officer issued a student a Lubbock County citation for driving
under the influence alcohol by a minor and possession of alcohol by a minor,
following an observed traffic violation in the 3100 block of 4th Street. Two
student passengers were each issued a Lubbock County citation for
consumption of alcohol by a minor. The three students were released after
signing the citations. See offense report #13-1946.
