in the 800 block of Flint Avenue following a traffic stop. The student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The student’s vehicle was released to

stop in the 800 block of University Avenue. The student was transported to the
Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker
