Residence Hall. Office staff received numerous unwanted, alarming and

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for an outstanding Lubbock
County warrant following a traffic stop in the 400 block of University
Avenue. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The
vehicle was released to the owner. See incident report $14-1067.
A Texas Tech Officer issued a Lubbock County citation for consumption of
alcohol by a minor to three students at Clement Hall following a report of an
intoxicated person by Housing Staff. The three students signed the citations
and were released. See offense report #14-1068.
